CONCREBOND is a liquid adhesive that
has a base of latex copolymers, resistant to water and humidity.
It is especially formulated to work in humid and alkaline
environments and to bond gray mortar refinishes, mortars,
concrete and stucco on to existing surfaces that have a cement
base, fiber cement (sheet rock), polyestirine planks, gypsum
boards or plywood
USES:
CONCREBOND can be used on floors, walls, beams, columns,
inner roofing, stairs, interior and exterior surfaces.
As an adherent agent: To be applied directly on cement surfaces,
refinishings, fiber cement (sheet rock), stucco, polyestirine
planks, gypsum or plywood, forming an elastic film that serves
as an anchor between the existing material or surface and
the new application of the mortar. As a polymer modifier additive:
In water based mortar mixtures and concretes, it increases
its adhesive properties on smooth irregular surfaces that
already have mortar finishes, concrete, block, fiber cement
(sheet rock), brick, polyestirine planks, gypsum or plywood.
ADVANTAGES:
- Provides a permanent adhesion.
- Resistant to humidity and alkalinity.
- Improves the adherence of the mortar.
- Adds resistance to the compression and flexion.
- Reduces fissures and cracks due to the contraction of
the cement.
- Reduces the amount of water needed to form the mixture
.
- Eliminates the need for the mixture to be cured.
- Can be applied for internal or external purposes.
- Waterproofs the treated surfaces.
- Easy to apply.
- It is a nontoxic and nonflammable product.
- Very economical.
